I was born and bred in Montreal and in my younger days played the bars downtown and in the suburbs. Crescent Street, for those of you unfamiliar with the town,was party central for Montrealers on the weekend with lots of night clubs and dining. We had a great time playing at Thursdays and I remember those times quite fondly.So I wrote this tune as a tribute to the street, the clubs and the nightlife in Montreal.
